Upcoming are special parish life events and other opportunities for worship and fellowship.
2018 Winter/Spring Foyer Groups meeting.
2018 Men’s Wednesday Study Group at 7 a.m. Coffee and donuts and study of a book of the bible, meets in the parish library.
2018 NAMI Support Group each Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. meets in the choir room and Poetry Group monthly as scheduled.
2018 Wednesday Night AA Group meets at 7:30 p.m. in the undercroft hall. Open to the public.
March 2018 Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous (FA) Support Group begins meeting on Saturday mornings in Saint Martin’s Church (Time 9 a.m.).
2018 First Sunday of Each Month Ecumenical Vespers Service at the South Franklin Circle Community Center (4 p.m.), sponsored by Saint Martin’s Church.
Saturday, April 7, at 9:30 a.m. Spring Assembly of the Ohio Diocese Daughters of the King, Christ Church, Shaker Heights (see events).
April 8, after the 10 am service. Confirmation Classes will begin. Anyone who is interested in being confirmed, received, reviewing their confirmation, or being a mentor to a confirmand, please contact Anna Sutterisch. Classes will meet every Sunday from 11:15-12:30 April 8-May 20 and August 12-September 23, before the bishop’s visit in the fall.
Sunday, April 22 at 2 p.m. in Frohring Meadows, CROP Walk.
Monday, April 23 at 6 p.m. Amber Donovan speaks about the Open Table program.
Saturday, May 5, from 8:15 a.m. MedWish visit, departing from the church parking lot.
Saturday, May 5, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., Safeguarding God’s Children. All adults in leadership at Saint Martin’s, especially those who interact with children and youth, are expected to be certified in “Safeguarding God’s Children,” the Episcopal Church’s program to prevent sexual abuse. We will host this training. RSVP to Anna, so we have enough materials for everyone.
