Parish communications and media include a weekend service leaflet containing notices, announcements and schedules; a quarterly parish newsletter The Beacon; our website and Facebook page; newspaper promos and articles; a kiosk and poster-sign-up table in the Burroughs Room; and the use of public postings throughout our facilities. We produce brochures and business cards as well, available on the entryway tables.

The church office sends out email blasts to parishioners on our list, notifying members of upcoming events and activities. To get on the list, be sure to send your email address to the office.

Shining Light on Our Life Together

The Beacon is the quarterly newsletter of Saint Martin’s Episcopal Church, Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Out of print for a while, it returned in 2015 as a medium of news, information, inspiration and announcements. It is designed to supplement the other media of parish communications, such as our new website and the weekly service leaflets, as well as the information kiosk in the Burroughs Room and the displays on the entryway tables, where much of our life together is presented.

The Beacon is published each season of the year: summer, fall, winter and spring. Hard copies are available on the tables in the front entryway of the church, through limited mailings, especially to shut-ins and out of town friends of the parish, and here online in pdf.
