2023 Vision

Saint Martin’s Episcopal Church, Chagrin Falls, is engaging in a ministry of growing stewardship including the following goals

• Initiate meetings of the stewardship ministry for the purpose of goal setting to accomplish specific tasks
• Consultation with the diocese, national church and other agencies exploring resources for parish stewardship
• Exploration of grant sources offered by granting organizations, including churches, foundations and other institutions
• Conference meetings with parishioners in order to engage in active listening as they share their thoughts and hopes for the parish, as well as concerns, concluding with a direct invitation to continue and increase financial support
• Identification of a parish wish list for designated giving, especially the needs of the parking lot, the elevator, security system, public address system, food preparation in the Burroughs Room and Undercroft Great Hall, program staffing, and other areas
• Upgrade of the website so that financial gifts can be received electronically and securely through the website
• Planning and implementation of a Legacy Giving ministry for the parish, including design and promotion of an effective program to encourage and receive bequests
• Design and implementation of a highly visible promotional campaign for Saint Martin’s Vision initiative
