A Sunday Vespers service will be offered in the community center of South Franklin Circle retirement community each month at 4 p.m. beginning again in 2022.

We invite parishioners and friends of the parish to join us for this liturgy of evening prayer, followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments. Saint Martin’s Church offers this monthly service as a ministry to our wider community and urges members to participate. We are building bridges into the lives of our neighbors and want to continue to do so, by God’s grace.

The service of vespers, or evening prayer, is about 20-30 minutes in length and includes hymns and other music. A meditation is offered and prayers of healing are made available to those who wish to be included in such a spiritual practice.

Saint Martin’s also has plans to begin a monthly Evening Prayer Service in Hamlet Village Retirement Community, Chagrin Falls. More information about this will be forthcoming.
